Simple problems can occur which prevent you from adding that extra piece of hardware (such as a printer or scanner) to your PC. With over thirty five years of experience of working with computer hardware, we feel confident we can help introduce new hardware to your computer, or explain why it isn't possible.

 

Alternatively you may have more than one computer in your home or office each with a separate printer. Why not join to two computers and printers and have an internet connection for all to use? We can provide the Computer Hardware, recommend Computer Software* and Computer configurations to allow you do do this.

If you have ever looked inside  the back or inside of your TV set when the engineer has been  you will see the dust and dirt that it attracts - your computer just like your TV will attract dust and dirt. If this dust and dirt is not removed, additional heat is generated, which will lead to quicker failure of your computer hardware.

 

It would be our recommendation that your computer has Hardware Maintenance at least once every 18-24 months.

 

Example: A client of ours reported his computer had "crashed". They provided details which appeared to be the Video software. After re-installing the latest video software, we confidently gave the system back to the client and they tested it - all seemed fine.  5 days later, the computer crashed again. With further information provided by the client, a hardware problem was quickly identified and subsequently rectified at very little cost to the customer. The computer is running fine today.

 

We will only replace faulty items. We will not - as so many others do - claim the computer is faulty and recommend you buy a new computer.

Repairs   Despite claims to the contrary, computers can, will and so  malfunction - more so today than 10 years ago.   With cheaper computers in the today's marketplace this often lead to hardware components failing more frequently.

If your computer fails, what do you do and who can you rely upon to give you an honest assessment for repair.

 

We understand how to fix problems caused by failed hardware. We can't promise you we will fix them all (I.e. a disk failure may result in the loss of your Data), but you can rest assured we will do our best to have your system up and running again as quickly as possible.

 

Upgrades

 

We can also upgrade your current system should you choose. We do not recommend an extensive upgrade of any  computer  system, as the total cost of some component parts could quite easily be the same price as a new system in it's entirely! However, if you need more memory, disk space or a faster processor, talk to us first. We will give you an honest opinion.
